RizenRx — Frequently Asked Questions

Last Updated: October 30, 2026

Welcome to RizenRx. We understand that choosing an online healthcare service comes with questions. Below, you'll find information about our healthcare provider network, prescription process, pharmacy partners, medications, shipping, subscriptions, and customer support.

Our goal is to make accessing men's sexual-health services straightforward, convenient, and transparent.

About RizenRx

1. What is RizenRx?

RizenRx is an online men's health platform operated by GH Services LLC. We facilitate access to telehealth services through independent healthcare professionals and coordinate prescription fulfillment through independent licensed pharmacy partners.

Our platform allows eligible adults to submit medical information online for review by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Treatment recommendations and prescription decisions are made independently by the healthcare professional responsible for your care.

2. What states does RizenRx serve?

RizenRx accepts medical intake requests from individuals in all 50 United States.

Medical evaluations and prescription services are provided only where an appropriately licensed or authorized healthcare professional is available and applicable state laws permit treatment.

Medication availability and pharmacy fulfillment may vary by state. Submitting an intake form does not guarantee that a prescription or medication will be available in your location.

3. Who is RizenRx's healthcare provider network?

RizenRx works with LocumTele as its healthcare provider network partner.

Website: https://locumtele.org/

LocumTele facilitates access to independent healthcare professionals who review medical intake information and provide healthcare services when appropriate.

Each clinician is responsible for their own medical evaluations, treatment recommendations, and prescribing decisions.

4. Does RizenRx use the same doctor for every consultation?

No. RizenRx operates with a rotating clinician model.

After you complete your medical intake questionnaire, an available clinician from the LocumTele provider network may be assigned to review your information.

Your assigned clinician may vary based on availability, scheduling, and state licensing requirements. You are not guaranteed the same clinician for future consultations or prescription requests.

The identity and professional credentials of the clinician responsible for your care will be made available to you, along with an appropriate method of contacting that clinician.

5. Who are RizenRx's pharmacy partners?

RizenRx coordinates prescription fulfillment through two independent pharmacy partners. Depending on your medication, location, applicable requirements, and pharmacy availability, your prescription may be fulfilled by either pharmacy.

Consultations and Prescription Approval

6. How does the RizenRx consultation process work?

Getting started is straightforward:

Step 1: Complete Your Medical Intake

Complete the online medical questionnaire and provide accurate information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and other relevant health information.

Step 2: Clinician Assignment

After you submit your intake, an available clinician through the LocumTele provider network may be assigned to review your information.

Step 3: Medical Review

The assigned clinician independently evaluates your information and determines whether the requested treatment is appropriate.

The clinician may approve your request, ask for additional information, recommend another treatment, or decline to prescribe.

Step 4: Prescription Authorization

If the clinician determines that treatment is appropriate, they may issue a prescription in accordance with applicable laws and professional requirements.

Step 5: Pharmacy Fulfillment

If a valid prescription is authorized, it is transmitted to the appropriate dispensing pharmacy for processing and shipment.

Submitting an intake form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

7. How long does the medical review take?

Medical review times may vary depending on clinician availability, the completeness of your medical information, and whether additional information is needed.

If your assigned clinician needs clarification or additional information, you may be contacted through the applicable patient communication system.

Any available processing estimates will be communicated through the website or applicable order notifications. Review and prescription processing are separate from pharmacy shipping and delivery.

8. What happens if my prescription is not approved?

Your health and safety come first.

If the assigned clinician determines that the requested medication is not clinically appropriate, they may decline to issue a prescription.

A medication will not be dispensed or shipped without the required prescription authorization.

Any medication charge collected for an unfilled order will be reviewed for refund or reversal, subject to any separately disclosed consultation or service fees and applicable law.

If you have questions about the decision, you may contact the clinician responsible for your evaluation through the communication method provided to you.

9. Can I contact my assigned healthcare professional?

Yes. You will be provided with the identity and professional credentials of the clinician responsible for your care and an appropriate method of contacting them.

You may contact your clinician regarding your medical evaluation, treatment recommendations, prescription instructions, or follow-up questions.

You may also contact your dispensing pharmacy directly for medication-specific questions and pharmacist counseling.

10. Who is eligible to use RizenRx?

RizenRx's prescription services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate personal and medical information and be located in a state where the applicable healthcare services may legally be provided.

Your eligibility for a particular treatment is determined independently by the healthcare professional reviewing your medical information.

Medication and Treatment Information

11. Are RizenRx medications FDA-approved?

Certain medications offered through RizenRx may be compounded medications.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished drug products.

Although individual ingredients used in a compounded medication may also be ingredients in FDA-approved medications, this does not mean that the compounded preparation itself is FDA-approved.

Compounded medications are not the same as FDA-approved generic drugs and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, and quality before marketing in the same manner as FDA-approved finished drug products.

Please review the applicable product page and prescription information for details about the ingredients and formulation of your medication.

12. What ingredients are in RizenRx products?

Ingredients and formulations vary by product.

Please refer to the individual product page for the specific ingredients, strengths, and product information applicable to your purchase.

Where a product contains compounded ingredients, its compounded status will be clearly disclosed.

Follow the prescription label and instructions provided by your healthcare professional and dispensing pharmacist.

13. How should I take my medication?

Always follow the instructions provided by your prescribing healthcare professional and the dispensing pharmacy.

Your prescribed dosage and instructions may depend on your medical history, current medications, health conditions, and individual treatment needs.

Do not change your dosage, combine medications, or stop taking prescribed treatments without consulting your healthcare professional.

If you have questions about how to use your medication, contact your assigned clinician or dispensing pharmacist.

14. Can I use RizenRx medication with my current prescriptions?

It is important to disclose all medications, supplements, allergies, and relevant medical conditions when completing your medical intake form.

Certain medications and underlying health conditions may affect whether erectile dysfunction treatment is appropriate or safe.

Your assigned clinician will review the information you provide and independently determine whether the requested treatment is suitable.

Do not stop, change, or combine medications without guidance from your healthcare professional.

For medication interactions, possible side effects, and usage instructions, you may also contact your dispensing pharmacist.

15. What if I experience side effects?

All medications may carry potential risks and side effects.

If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction, contact your healthcare professional or dispensing pharmacist for guidance.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or a serious reaction requiring immediate attention, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.

Do not wait for a response from RizenRx customer support when immediate medical attention is needed.

Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

16. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on medical review, prescription authorization, pharmacy processing, medication availability, and carrier schedules.

Your order must complete the required medical review and prescription authorization process before the dispensing pharmacy can process and ship your medication.

Available shipping methods, applicable shipping fees, and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout or communicated through applicable order notifications.

Where available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.

For additional information, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

17. Is the packaging discreet?

RizenRx aims to provide a discreet delivery experience.

Packaging arrangements may vary depending on the dispensing pharmacy and applicable fulfillment procedures.

For questions about the packaging or shipping of your specific prescription, contact the pharmacy responsible for your order.

18. How do I track my order?

Where available, tracking information will be provided through email or applicable order communications after your prescription has been processed and shipped.

Tracking updates are generally managed by the shipping carrier.

If you have questions about a delayed shipment or cannot locate your tracking information, contact support@rizenrx.com.

19. What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your shipment appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect product, contact our support team at:

support@rizenrx.com

Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review the situation and coordinate with the applicable dispensing pharmacy or shipping carrier when necessary.

If medication arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or has a packaging concern, do not use it until you have received guidance from the dispensing pharmacist.

Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

20. How do RizenRx subscriptions work?

RizenRx offers subscription-based purchasing options for eligible products.

When enrolling, you will be shown the applicable recurring price, billing frequency, and renewal terms during checkout.

Unless canceled, your subscription automatically renews according to the schedule disclosed when you enroll.

Prescription subscriptions remain subject to medical review and prescription authorization. Future medication orders are not automatically guaranteed.

21. Does my subscription guarantee that future prescriptions will be approved?

No. Subscription enrollment does not guarantee that future prescriptions will be authorized.

Each future prescription request remains subject to applicable medical evaluation, clinician judgment, state requirements, and pharmacy authorization.

A clinician may need to review your medical information before authorizing a future prescription. The clinician assigned may differ from the clinician who reviewed your previous consultation.

Medication will not be dispensed or shipped without the required prescription authorization.

22. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription through the subscription-management option available in your RizenRx account or by contacting:

support@rizenrx.com

To avoid the next scheduled recurring charge, submit your cancellation request before the next renewal date.

You do not need to provide a reason to cancel.

Once cancellation is completed, future recurring charges will stop, subject to any order or charge already submitted or processed before cancellation became effective.

For additional details, see our Refunds, Cancellations & Subscriptions Policy.

23. What is the RizenRx Order Support Commitment?

At RizenRx, your experience matters. We are committed to providing a transparent purchasing experience and helping customers with questions or concerns about their orders.

If your prescription cannot be approved, the medication will not be dispensed, and the medication charge for the unfilled order will be reviewed for refund or reversal, subject to any separately disclosed consultation or service fees and applicable law.

If you experience a billing issue, receive an incorrect product, or encounter a shipping or fulfillment problem, contact our support team at support@rizenrx.com.

Our Order Support Commitment applies to customer service, billing, and order-related concerns. It does not guarantee medication effectiveness, prescription approval, or a particular medical or sexual-health outcome.

24. Can I return prescription medication?

For patient safety, prescription medications that have been dispensed or shipped generally cannot be returned for resale or redistribution.

If you receive an incorrect product, experience a damaged shipment, or encounter another fulfillment issue, contact RizenRx and the dispensing pharmacy.

Do not send prescription medication back to RizenRx or the pharmacy without first receiving instructions from the dispensing pharmacist.

25. How do I request a refund?

For refund requests, billing concerns, cancellations, or order-related issues, contact:

support@rizenrx.com

Please include your order number and a description of your concern.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the stage of fulfillment, applicable service charges, pharmacy requirements, and applicable law.

For complete information, see our Refunds, Cancellations & Subscriptions Policy.
